01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated btpk policies, promotional materials, and communications:

• "btpk" or "Platform" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at btpk.ws, including the website, mobile-optimised interface, game lobby, account dashboard, cashier, and all associated services.
• "Player" or "User" — any individual who has registered a btpk account and/or uses any feature or service available on the btpk platform.
• "Account" — the individual player account created by completing the btpk registration process, uniquely identified by the player's registered email address and username.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a player's btpk account at any given time, including real-money funds and any active bonus credits separately tracked in the bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credits awarded to a player by btpk as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, loyalty reward, or other incentive. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — a single instance of staking real-money or bonus funds on any game or sporting event available on the btpk platform.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" — the official currency of the Philippines, being the primary transactional currency on the btpk platform.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing btpk.ws, clicking "Register", completing the btpk registration form, or using the btpk Login page to access an existing account, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online casino platforms is lawful.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and agree to the btpk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.
• The funds you deposit into your btpk account are sourced from legitimate, lawful activity and are not the proceeds of any unlawful conduct.

btpk reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material revisions are made, btpk will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the btpk platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

03Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Participation in any real-money game or activity on the btpk platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement aligns with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming. btpk enforces this restriction at every point of registration and identity verification. If at any point btpk reasonably believes a player is under 21 years of age, btpk will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance held therein, and initiate a formal age verification process. Any winnings accumulated during a period when a player was found to be underage will be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a btpk account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one btpk account. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where btpk identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed, any bonuses previously claimed across all accounts will be voided, and net winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery option on the btpk Login page rather than creating a new account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

btpk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or UMID card), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds will require successful KYC completion before processing. btpk may request KYC documents at any time and will temporarily restrict withdrawal functionality pending successful verification.

04Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your btpk account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. btpk will never request your password via any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity recorded on your account while authenticated with your correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the btpk support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.2 Two-Factor Authentication

btpk strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password at each login. This feature is available from within your btpk account security settings and is strongly encouraged for all players who access their accounts via mobile in public locations such as malls in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu City.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their btpk accounts may do so by contacting the btpk support team via live chat or email. Before closing, any real-money balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately — see Section 11 (Responsible Gaming) for details.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

btpk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your btpk account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes. btpk does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which btpk bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the same btpk account, or to a verified payment method on file, subject to the same-payment-method policy applicable to the deposit channel used. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to verified GCash and Maya accounts are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one banking business day. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. btpk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

The primary transactional currency on the btpk platform is Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. btpk is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

btpk maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine financial regulations. Deposits must be made only from payment sources owned by and registered in the name of the account holder. btpk reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by law.

06Bonuses and Promotions

btpk offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible btpk accounts only. btpk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry time will be forfeited.
• btpk operates a strict one-bonus-per-household, one-bonus-per-device, and one-bonus-per-IP-address policy. Attempts to circumvent this policy through the creation of multiple accounts or other means will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• btpk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including in cases where it reasonably believes a player is abusing or exploiting the promotion.

07Game Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the btpk platform — including slots, live baccarat, virtual sports, bingo, and sports betting markets — are provided by independent third-party software developers whose RNG (random number generator) systems are certified by recognised independent testing laboratories. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all btpk slot titles are accurate and reflect the independently verified long-run theoretical return. btpk does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btpk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated process to place wagers or interact with any btpk game or feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino environments.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any btpk game or system. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known or suspected technical error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Using any form of matched betting, arbitrage strategy, or systematic bonus abuse to extract guaranteed profit from btpk promotional offers.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct toward btpk support staff or other players in any chat environment.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or other unlawful sources.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, technical failure, or system outage that interrupts a game in progress, btpk will make reasonable efforts to record the last confirmed game state and resume or resolve the round accordingly. Where a definitive game state cannot be established, the wager may be refunded to the player's balance at btpk's discretion. btpk is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the btpk platform — including but not limited to the btpk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of btpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btpk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the btpk platform without the prior written consent of btpk. Unauthorised use of btpk intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, btpk and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to wager, including losses incurred during normal gameplay on any btpk game.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the btpk platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the btpk service for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from errors in displayed odds, game payouts, or promotional information caused by a technical glitch or human error, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable time and the player is notified accordingly.

Nothing in these Terms limits btpk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. In all cases where btpk is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of btpk to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your btpk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy and Data

btpk collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the btpk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at btpk.ws/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

btpk complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data is processed only for the purposes necessary to provide you with the btpk service, to verify your identity, to process your transactions, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. btpk does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11Responsible Gaming

btpk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. btpk provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your btpk account dashboard without requiring you to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your btpk account.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when you have been logged in to your btpk account for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend your btpk account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the btpk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

btpk enforces the 21+ age restriction at every point of entry to the platform. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

12Termination

btpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Abuse of promotional offers or exploitation of system errors.
• A player being found to be under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by a competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination of your btpk account for cause, any bonus funds and associated wagering-requirement-pending winnings will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of forfeited amounts will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable AML checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their btpk account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting btpk support. All verified real-money balances will be processed for return to the player's registered payment method upon voluntary closure, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

btpk operates within the Philippine online gaming regulatory framework. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any rights or obligations that conflict with applicable Philippine law. In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
