05Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, btpk processes your personal data on the following lawful bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

• Contractual Necessity — processing that is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and btpk (i.e., the btpk Terms and Conditions), including account creation, payment processing, and game delivery.
• Legal Obligation — processing that is required for btpk to comply with a legal obligation, including KYC verification, AML/CTF reporting, and cooperation with Philippine regulatory authorities.

• Payment Service Providers — your financial data is shared with GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other payment partners solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. Each payment partner operates under its own privacy policy and is independently responsible for data processed within its own systems.
• KYC and Identity Verification Partners — your identity documents and verification data are shared with btpk's accredited KYC service provider for the purpose of automated or manually assisted identity and age verification.

7.1 What Are Cookies

11Children and Minors

The btpk platform is strictly restricted to adults who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with the minimum age requirement applicable to casino-style online gambling in the Philippines. btpk does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory step during the btpk registration process, and all accounts are subject to KYC age verification using government-issued Philippine identification documents. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the registered payment method after applicable verification and AML checks.
